There are many things that will tempt you to book this wonderful villa which not only has its own private pool but is also located just a short walk from the wonderful town of Polop de la Marina.  No need to hire a car for this holiday, you have supermarkets, bars and restaurants and typically Spanish shops on your doorstep.

The villa is detached and located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of town.   There is parking, if you do bring your car.  You will find as much to do outside of the property as you will inside and you can start by enjoying the  large private pool which is surrounded by plenty of terrace area to soak up the sun.  Sun loungers are provided and there is seating and table area for Al Fresco dining.  Create a feast at the BBQ where there is also an outside bar with cooler and fridge plus, a covered seating area with wicker chairs and sofa.  To the back of the villa is the well known Leon Dormido or "sleeping lion" mountain, this makes a fabulous backdrop, and if you feel energetic there are walks up and around this spectacular rock.

Inside the house you will find it is beautifully furnished and very comfortable.  The dining area seats 6 people  and the lounge has leather sofas set around a feature fireplace.  For your entertainment you will find free to view TV channels in English plus WIFI is available if you require and hot and cold air conditioning..

There is a beautiful and modern kitchen with oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge with ice machine, plenty of cupboard space, well equipped for your stay.

Two double bedrooms lead from the hallway, both have fitted wardrobes and one of the rooms has a door leading out to the covered terrace area.  There is a lovely large family shower room with large walk in shower.  The third bedroom is completely independent and has its own private door from the covered terrace. This room has a double and single bed allowing you to sleep 7 people in total.  You will also find a further modern shower room.

This villa is ideal for your summer holidays and is also available for winter sunshine long stay holidays too.

Please note that air conditioning is available in the lounge area via a coin meter.  1€ will provide you with approximately 1 1/2 hours of heating or cooling.  All bedrooms  have fans.

A 20% deposit (minim 250€uros) reserves your dates followed by the balance 8 weeks before arrival date. A refundable damage deposit of 500€uros will be requested. Payments accepted by major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Flexible arrival and departure days, shorter stays of less than a week are available out of peak season, please enquire. All prices quoted include for departure clean and laundry. Mini mid stay clean and laundry change can be arranged for stays of more than one week, please ask if required.

Area Description:

This villa is located just on the outskirts of Polop de la Marina which can be walked in 5 minutes. Polop is a wonderful town, vry typically Spanish with narrow cobbled streets and a church square popular with the locals in the evenings and at weekends. Walk up to the church to take in the magnificent views over the town and beyond. Polop has restaurants bars and shopping facilities and wonderful water fountains where you can collect your drinking water each day if you like. Within just a few hundred meters you will find a supermarket, bread shop and much more. You can also walk to the town of La Nucia, approximately 15 minutes. This town also has great restaurants and shops, highly recommended is the Carbón restaurant with its glass seating gallery serving mouthwatering Pizza. A local bus service runs every hour to Benidorm where you can enjoy the golden sandy beaches and lively entertainment or take the bus inland and explore the other wonderful towns of the region. If you do decide to hire a car you can also visit nearby attractions like the fabulous water falls at Algar, the theme parks of Terra Mitica or Mundomar for the water babies.

13 Jul 13 “Fantastic Villa - Great Views,Quiet Location” This Villa was booked to celebrate my Husbands Birthday, the family of 5 included three adults aged between 19 - 23. The first impression was "Space", and plenty of it. With a drive for 3 cars, nice size patio with BBQ and outside bar, complimented by a perfect pool and Mountain backdrop.There was also an outside annexe with bedroom and shower room. Inside was well equipped with large TV , satellite etc. and very comfortable. Bedrooms of a good size ,one of which looked onto the pool. The area is residential so peace and quiet guaranteed. Small village of Polop right on door step and there is a Bus Service that runs on the hour into Benidorm (25mins, 3 euros return), although during the early months the return service to Polop stops at 9.00pm, so it's a cab after that (20 euros). Altogether a great place to relax an explore. Oct 2012 - We thought this was an excellent villa fitted out with everything you will need for a holiday, set in a lovely old town with friendly people. Only 20mins by bus/taxi to the coast, the owners were great met us on arrival and went out of there way to check that everything was okay and make sure we had a good holiday. I would rate our holiday at Villa la Paz as one of the best and thank all the ex pats in the town for making us very welcome.
